K1Games Terms and Conditions — Rules & Player Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you") and K1Games ("we", "us", "K1Games", the "Platform") governing your access to and use of the k1games.ws website and all services made available through it, including sports betting, online casino games, card games, crash games and any promotional offers.

By registering an account on K1Games, depositing funds, placing a bet or accessing any feature of the platform, you confirm that you have read and fully understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use K1Games.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of your agreement with K1Games. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms take precedence.

To register and use K1Games, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. K1Games does not knowingly permit individuals under 18 to register or use the platform. Age verification may be requested at any time.
• You must be a resident of a jurisdiction where online betting and casino gaming is not explicitly prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to verify that accessing K1Games is lawful in your location.
• You must not be a current employee, officer, director, agent or contractor of K1Games, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have previously been barred from K1Games.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number and payment method details. K1Games reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including copies of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide these documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

Each individual may hold only one active K1Games account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are detected belonging to the same individual, K1Games will merge or close the duplicate accounts, void any bonus balances across all accounts, and may withhold withdrawals pending investigation.

You are solely responsible for the security of your K1Games account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. K1Games will never ask for your password by email, phone or chat. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact us immediately. K1Games is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login details.

You must keep your account information up to date at all times. Changes to your name, address, mobile number or payment method should be communicated to support promptly. K1Games uses account information for identity verification and to process payments — inaccurate information can delay withdrawals.

K1Games reserves the right to close, suspend or restrict any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has breached these Terms
• The account is being used for fraudulent, illegal or abusive purposes
• The account holder is a minor
• Continued operation of the account presents a reputational, legal or financial risk to K1Games

Where an account is closed by K1Games for reasons other than breach of Terms, any genuine cash balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via the original deposit method.

All financial transactions on K1Games are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). K1Games accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods:

All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. K1Games does not accept third-party deposits. Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. K1Games reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts above Rs 100,000.

Processing times shown are indicative and may be subject to delays during periods of high volume, system maintenance or where additional verification is required. K1Games charges no fees on any transaction — any charges applied are those of your bank or payment provider and are outside K1Games' control.

K1Games offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, plus any specific terms stated on the individual promotion page:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated on the promotion page (e.g., "25× wagering requirement").
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports betting and most slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino table games and card games may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%). Game-specific contribution rates are detailed in each bonus's individual terms.
• Bonus validity: All bonuses have an expiry period stated on the promotion page — typically 7 to 30 days from the date of crediting. Unused bonus funds and associated wagering progress are forfeited upon expiry.
• One bonus per promotion: Each promotion is available once per player, household, IP address and payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Withdrawal during active bonus: Where you have an active bonus, your cash balance is not available for withdrawal until the wagering requirement is met. You may forfeit the bonus and associated winnings by contacting support, after which your cash balance becomes withdrawable.
• Minimum odds (sports): Where a sports betting bonus specifies minimum odds, bets placed at shorter odds will not count towards the wagering requirement.

K1Games reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who are found to have abused bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting technical errors, or using betting patterns designed to extract bonus value without genuine engagement — will have their bonus revoked and may have their account suspended.

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on K1Games:

• Bet confirmation: A bet is only confirmed when it has been accepted by the K1Games system and a bet reference number is generated. Bets showing as "pending" are not confirmed.
• Odds changes: K1Games reserves the right to change odds at any time before a bet is confirmed. If the odds you selected change before confirmation, you will be presented with the updated odds and given the option to accept or decline.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: The minimum bet on K1Games is Rs 100 per selection. Maximum bet limits vary by market and event and are displayed in the bet slip. K1Games may apply lower individual limits to accounts at its discretion.
• Void bets: A bet is void where the event is cancelled, postponed for more than 36 hours, or where a pricing error is identified. Void bets are refunded to the player's balance in full.
• Postponed matches: If a match is postponed and not played within 36 hours of the original scheduled kick-off, all pre-match bets on that fixture are voided. In-play bets are settled based on the score at the time of abandonment, or voided if no result is determined.
• Accumulator rules: Where one leg of an accumulator is voided, the bet reverts to an accumulator of the remaining legs. The 25% accumulator boost applies only when all legs are settled (not voided) and the minimum number of qualifying legs is maintained.
• Obvious errors: K1Games reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds — for example, where a market is priced significantly differently from the true probability due to a technical or human error. Players who identify such errors and place bets to exploit them rather than reporting them will have the relevant bets voided.

All casino games available on K1Games — including slots, live dealer games, card games and crash games — are operated under individual game rules provided by the respective game developer or studio. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, these Terms take precedence for account-level matters; game-specific rules take precedence for the mechanics of individual games.

RNG (Random Number Generator) casino games on K1Games are independently tested by accredited third-party laboratories. The RTP figures displayed on game pages represent the long-term statistical return calculated over millions of game rounds and do not guarantee any particular outcome in any individual session.

Live dealer games use physical cards, dice and wheels operated by trained dealers on camera. The video feed and game outcomes are monitored continuously. In the unlikely event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, K1Games will settle the bet based on the available game history. If no definitive outcome can be determined, the bet will be voided and the stake returned.

Crash games available on K1Games are provably fair. The fairness of each round can be independently verified by the player using the seed values displayed in the game history. Any attempt to manipulate crash game outcomes using automated software, exploits or collusion will result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

K1Games is committed to promoting responsible gambling and minimising the potential for gambling-related harm among its players. We provide the following tools to help players manage their activity:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on how much you can deposit into your K1Games account.
• Betting limits: Set limits on the maximum stake per bet or per session.
• Session time reminders: Set notifications to alert you when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cool-off period: Temporarily restrict access to your account for a period of 24 hours up to 6 weeks.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your account. K1Games will not re-open a self-excluded account during the exclusion period under any circumstances. Where a player requests permanent self-exclusion, this cannot be reversed.

All responsible gaming tools are accessible directly from your account settings. Where a player contacts support with concerns about their gambling behaviour, K1Games staff are trained to respond with empathy and to provide information about available resources. K1Games does not market to players who have activated a cool-off period or self-exclusion, and does not offer bonuses or incentives to players who have indicated they wish to reduce their gambling activity.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on K1Games. Engaging in any of them will result in immediate account suspension and may result in forfeiture of all account balances and referral to law enforcement where appropriate:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once ("multi-accounting" or "bonus abuse")
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not available to all players
• Colluding with other players or employees to gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Exploiting bugs, glitches or pricing errors in the platform rather than reporting them
• Placing bets on behalf of other players ("proxy betting") or accepting bets from third parties
• Using K1Games to launder money or facilitate any financial crime
• Initiating chargebacks with your bank or payment provider for deposits that were legitimately made and used for gambling
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, distribute or create derivative works from any K1Games software, content or intellectual property
• Providing false identification documents or misrepresenting your identity at any point
• Accessing K1Games from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by local law and knowingly misrepresenting your location

All content on k1games.ws — including but not limited to the K1Games brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, odds displays and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of K1Games or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use k1games.ws for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, sell, license or create derivative works from any K1Games content without our express written permission.

Any feedback, suggestions or ideas you provide to K1Games about the platform may be used by us freely and without obligation to you.

K1Games provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, K1Games' total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort or otherwise — is limited to the greater of: (a) the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or (b) Rs 50,000. K1Games is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including loss of profits or data.

K1Games does not accept liability for:

• Losses arising from the use of betting strategies, systems or software
• Technical failures on your device, internet connection or mobile network
• Delays in withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers
• Outcomes of games or sporting events — all betting involves risk and K1Games does not guarantee any return
• Decisions made by regulatory bodies, sports governing bodies or match officials that affect the outcome of events on which bets were placed

K1Games reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they affect your rights or obligations in a significant way — we will provide at least 7 days' notice via a notification on the K1Games website and, where we hold your contact details, via email or SMS.

Minor or clarificatory changes may be made without advance notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will always reflect the date of the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of K1Games after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not accept the revised Terms, you should stop using K1Games and may request closure of your account in accordance with the account closure procedures described in Section 3.

For complaints that cannot be resolved through normal support channels, K1Games operates a formal complaints procedure. Please submit formal complaints in writing to support@k1games.ws with the subject line "Formal Complaint" and include your account ID, the nature of the complaint and any supporting evidence. We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a final resolution within 14 days in most cases.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. By using K1Games, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts for the resolution of any disputes arising from or related to your use of the platform.
